This cook to order restaurant is right by the beach and also beside a beautiful calm river, perfect for a chill afternoon in Jamaica. We meet the owner Rose, check out the local beach in Hope Bay, look at the renovations happening at Sea Bell resort next door, hear about the importance of pimento wood for fire and jerk, find some sea grapes, and test out some incredible Jamaican Seafood.
