Lady Epero is found in Neketaka, and she has quite a few bodyguards surrounding them. You can use this strategy to kill her.

Basically attack with one character, put all other characters in another room, sneak with all other chars, let the one character you attacked with get killed.

Now you can attack enemies one by one.
