Mixing raspberry and lime juices in this game make blue juice, for some reason. That's nothing new!
Normally, the order of mixing doesn't change the output colour (videos on the top). However, if the lime or the raspberry happen to be the first fruit you collect, the mixing will be a slightly different colour. I believe this is a bug with the game treating the first fruit differently than the following ones. The first fruit triggers a cutscene and you don't get to watch the "juicing" animation at the end of the day. I think the game affects an incorrect weigh to the first fruit you get when mixing, hence a more greenish colour if the lime is your first fruit, or darker blue / purple-ish colour if it's the raspberry.
Anyways, that's how you can get 3 different shades of blue juice!
