A brief video showing what happens when you enable the 60FPS Gecko Code in Pikmin 2, whilst running it in Dolphin. The code is:

As you can see the game is quite glitchy during the cutscenes when running at 60FPS, but regular gameplay seems to be fine. I recommend keeping it disabled during the former.
