GameFreak's original design team has came out to tell us all about Pikachu's design story and along came a ton of secrets about our beloved electric mouse. The biggest one being a third evolution for Pikachu named Gorochu that was scrapped before the release of the original Pokemon games. They give us a hint of what Gorochu looked like and what it was all about along with how Pikachu came to be.

Piano no Mori or The Piano Forest is finally being adapted into an anime series. You mightve heard of it from the 2007 Piano no Mori anime film that MADHOUSE produced, but back then the story wasnt finished so we didnt get to see what happens when the kids grew up. The anime series is coming out in April 2018 so its pretty much confirmed and SAFE to jump on the hype train now.
