HEC Montreal professor Pierre-Olivier Pineau spoke at Corporate Knights roundtable on Building Back Better through a Green Power Wave April 29, 2020 (the 2nd of our 7 of Corporate Knights' green recovery roundtables). He says most attention is paid to building up Canada's green power infrastructure (AKA hardware) but we've missed the software of the industry - the institutions. Sadly, he says, Canada has outdated 20th century institutions that need to be updated via shared planning to avoid wasting large sums of money and upholding the status quo.
