In this video, I’ve taken five picnic recipe ideas and packed them all into one lunchbox — but we’re not talking about your usual crisps and sausage rolls here. These are portable, make-ahead dishes that are easy to prep and properly satisfying to eat cold. From cheesy muffin-tin quiches to a burrito bowl layered in a jar, each one is completely different, and at the end of the video, I crown my personal favourite. If you’re planning a picnic, road trip, packed lunch or garden party, these recipes might just come in handy.
