From 1963 to 1981, I saved samples of glass I worked with. I used samples in planning, ordering, shopping, designing, and manufacturing. I still admire them for their intrinsic qualities. The three display cases are new, made specifically to enable this virtual site. Each display case is 12 inches wide by 12 inches high (one foot square). Each sample is roughly equivalent to the others in size (about 2 inches high by 1/2 inch wide). Each is identified with a sequential number on a tape tab.

Using an interactive Flash movie I try picking sets of colors.

If you're wondering why I present glass samples in the Monte Rio glass section, it is because I didn't do any new stained glass work after going into electronics. True, I keep trying to present glass on the web and I did spend a year reinstalling Wholeo, the stained glass dome, in 2003-2004. But these recent efforts are to communicate and establish what was created in the years that grew the collection of samples.
