Device with USB C port should be capable of video out and advance features. (Like in my case for Macbook it worked but for Acer it didn't.)

The other thing is called hubchoke or ferrite choke.

The choke is a ferrite bead and is typically used by expensive electronic devices mainly to arrest RFI interference that our devices can cause. You can just do a quick search of some expensive cables, chargers lying around and you might find a small bulge which is essentially the ferrite choke.
Purpose: If you see some noise in the video or some lag in any wireless this can be fixed by the use of the Ferrite choke.

by the way I returned it since my Acer laptop is not supported. I also checked for typec to usb and it didn't worked.
