A momentum space representation of 300-ish million particles dropped on inside a circle is shown in the enlarged centered video. The lower left inset video shows the real space representation, i.e., the actual ball drop in the circle.
Ball masses are all set to one, turning the momentum space equal to velocity space, where the velocity components are v_x along the horizontal axis and v_y along the vertical axis. The origin of the unlabelled coordinate system thus equals to zero velocity.
Inspired by a comment from @jhs7567 in another video saying something like it would be interesting to see the momentum space representation that system.
Music by @gpcbass ; song called No Way Out, and used previously on this channel.
Visuals in Python & FFmpeg.
