A real time tool that you can deploy anytime, anywhere to deal with stress.

The “physiological sigh” is a pattern of breathing in which two inhales through the nose are followed by an extended exhale through the mouth.

Dr. Andrew Huberman (Madefor Lead Advisor & Neuroscientist) explains this pattern of breathing as something that occurs spontaneously in sleep, when CO2 levels get too high. However, it can be done deliberately any time to reduce levels of anxiety.

Try it now and let us know how it made you feel!
