In this video I give a detailed explanation of the difference between distance and displacement. Also included are four excellent examples that will help you to gain a full understanding of these two important physics concepts. Distance is scalar quantity that tells you as how far an object has traveled while displacement is a vector quantity that gives you your change in position.
