A high school science GCSE and iGCSE Physics revision video about heating and cooling. Using the particle model to show changes of state and what happens to the energy, temperature and arrangement of particles during heating and cooling and changes of state. Evapouration, boiling, melting, freezing, condesing. Also looking at the concept of specific latent heat, how much energy is needed to change the state of 1kg of a substance. Also specific latent heat of vapourisation and spacific latent heat of fusion. AQA, OCR and Edecxel exam boards.
