Phouangmala Diane Phakonekham is the recipient of the Outstanding Alumni Award for the Kremen School of Education and Human Development.
As president and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central California, she is a passionate advocate for children in the Central Valley. Under her leadership, the organization now serves more than 1,000 children across four counties and has grown its high school program to provide services to 19 school sites.
