CLEAPSS | Photosynthesis in chloroplasts (Hill Reaction) @CLEAPSS | Uploaded April 2015 | Updated October 2024, 4 hours ago.
This video covers a simple method for measuring the photosynthetic dehydrogenase activity in chloroplasts extracted from leaf cells, known as the Hill Reaction.
The techniques can be carried out very quickly, enabling students to investigate the biochemistry of photosynthesis within a normal lesson time.
