One of my favorite tools/techniques to use when designing layouts in Photoshop/Elements is the shape tools. Today, I'll give you a refresher on creating shapes and talk about how you can utilize shapes for layout designs.

Homework: Create a template version of a pocket page layout using shapes (whatever size you document in).
