Today's Lesson: Adding Outlines Around Shapes
While we are still on the topic of shapes, I want to show you how easy it is to add an out line around your shapes. This is a technique that comes in handy when working with shapes that are colored white (i.e. a white circle to hold journaling that you will punch and add to a white background page). Adding a thin outline helps you see where they are and can also provide you with cropping/fussy cutting lines as well.
Homework: Create both a rectangle and circle shape.
- Adjust the setting for the colors and fill.
- Add a stroke around the outside of the shapes.
