This is an railroad crossing 3D model I did long time ago using Blender3D. I decide to do some photoshop paint over on the render, since the last one I only did some minor painting.

There are no special render settings or materials for anime background, I just use a warm colour sun lamp that cast shadow, and another hemi/ambient color to make the shadow more blue and cyan.
