I made a custom LUT adjustment (cube format) which try to mimic vibrant anime background colour. The filter adjust the overall vibrance, adding more blue in shadow while adding warm colour in both midtone and highlight. It could be useful for peoples like us who enjoy photo paint over. Please note that, it might not be applicable to all photo, as different photo have different contrast and brightness.
