Thorlabs' Mobile Photonics Lab Experience was named among the finalists for the 2024 SPIE Prism Awards in the inaugural “Catalyst” category! This new annual award recognizes a company in photonics that has made a significant positive social or environmental impact.
Launched in 2023, the Thorlabs Mobile Experience offers students hands-on learning with the photonics equipment used to measure, study, and harness the power of light! Guided by current Thorlabs employees, visitors can learn key photonics concepts, gain insight into potential careers, and network with individuals that have years of experience working in the field.
