What do you get when you combine some super rare Polaroid Polapan 51HC 4x5 peel apart film and a night of solo camping in Arizona? A little bit of a mental breakdown, that's what. But don't worry, it's nothing a Fuji GW690II can't fix. I just needed to get my mind on something else. Oh, and a motel room to escape the incessant wind.
Once I got my mind right I found my way into the groove where I exposed some Kodak Portra on 6x9 and 6x17 formats. The next day I'd tackle Polapan 51HC again, hoping to get some worthwhile compositions on this long-expired film. Or if I didn't get any worthwhile compositions, I would hopefully at least NOT SCREW IT UP. This film is the most difficult I've ever worked with but hot damn the results are cool lookin'.
