In this part, Phoenix cross-examines Rimes' testimony. He claims that the orca killed the victim by throwing him into the air. This is impossible, because the ceiling is too low, and further, Rimes is wrong about how far the victim fell.
Phoenix is forced to declare that the victim was killed in a different location, namely, the show pool. The body was moved to the orca pool, using the heist. We know Sasha operated the heist that day, to move the skull rock prop. The culprit must have hidden the victim's body inside the hollow rock.
Rimes gives a new testimony, about moving the victim's body. Again, he claims the real killer is the orca.
