I described this album to a friend of mine:
This whole album is like
you're in this really spooky warehouse
but your dead grandfather owns it
and there's something in the air
it's musty
but it's making you hear shit
and you keep darting your head around
looking for stuff that isn't there in the dim lights that flicker intermittently, threatening to go out
and the wind outside is going northeast at around 15 mile per hour
and it manages to make the broken glass in that window out there that you can can see the glare of a street light through
some of the broken pieces fall off and crash
and when you look around you try to see if you things are around corners, but there aren't corners, you're in a warehouse and the pillars are steel with those structural gaps and stuff
it's probably around 1 am when you get there
leaves are everywhere
