Phil Wickham sat down with HeyUGuys at the David junket in London to discuss voicing one of the Bible's most complex figures — a role that took the Grammy-nominated worship artist from the concert stage into the recording booth for the first time. Reflecting on the audition process, the emotional weight of bringing David's failures as well as his triumphs to life, and how playing the role deepened his own faith, Wickham was candid about the responsibility of doing justice to a story he calls unlike anything he's seen before.
