A gorgeous jewel of a town that overflows with water in a forbidding desert.

I had Pokémon Colosseum on the brain again, so I decided to do another GBA arrange of a song from this game. I decided on Phenac City because I really like how the song started. Did have to import a sample from FL Studio and make a new instrument to better capture the harmonica, so hopefully that turned out alright.
In other news, I hit 5,000 subscribers the other day! Thank you all so much for subscribing! I do have something planned to celebrate, but I'll post more info on that in the Community Tab on Wednesday, assuming nothing comes up between now and then.
