An overnight electrical fire at a PG&E vault sparked in the San Francisco Western Addition neighborhood near Kipp San Francisco Bay Academy and Gateway High School. While crews were able to contain the fire, the schools and businesses nearby were left without power. Drew Andre reports from the neighborhood.
