For more than 20 years, our family has lived the Sabbath—not as a Jewish tradition, and not as a way to earn salvation, but as Christians who came to believe that this forgotten commandment was actually a gift from God.
And looking back after two decades, we can see something we never could have fully understood when we started: the Sabbath transformed our family.
