CLEANING MY FRIDGE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS! Arianna. 2019-10-29 | Its time to clean with me as I do a fridge clean out for the first time in almost 2 years. We haven't actually done a proper fridge organization since our vegan family gave up animal products! We moved into our new home over a year and a half ago, and we have yet to do a refrigerator deep clean and declutter. We may have actually found some meat from our non-vegan days! Mac and Cheese Recipe -1 1/2 cup cashews (soaked over night or do a 15 minute boil to soften)1 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast4 Cups hot water4 tsp Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base6 Tbsp of Corn Starch6 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp Sea Salt1 tsp Smoked Paprika1 tsp Turmeric*Top with pepper after to tasteDirections - combine all ingredients (except pepper) in a high speed blender. Pour desired amount on noodles. Jar and freeze remaining for up to 3 months. *You can use regular vegetable broth in place of the water and better than bouillon. But you will need to heat up your sauce if you’re using it right away if you don’t use the hot water/bouillon option. *We have made this without corn starch many times, but it will make the sauce not as thick.*Note that in general this sauce is not as thick as typical, that’s normal. *We use 12oz mason jars. DIY MONTESSORI FLOOR BED! Arianna. 2019-07-17 | If you are looking into buying or making a Montessori floor bed, making just a simple DIY toddler bed, or a diy wood bed frame - I got you covered! The Tools You Need ▷ kit.com/AriannaPflederer/diy-floor-bedWood Needs ▽All 3/4" thick boards (1) 11.25" board cut at 52" long (back board)(2) 2.5" board cut at 52" (front and top board)(2) 11.25" boards cut at 27.5" long (side boards)(4) 2.5" boards cut at 38 5/8" (If someone cuts for you, have them do 40 inches and make the cut yourself. you want to insure accuracy because these are the angle pieces and there isn't much give to make them line up correctly!)(1) Pack of 1/4” wide by 1” long wood dowels (ours we’re located in the same aisle as the premium pine at our Lowe’s)Angle Cuts : Inside angles should be 22.5" on one end and 67.5" on the opposite end. *Feel free to add a few 52” long free floating boards underneath the mattress. Preferably 1/2” thick, 4” wide boards. 4-5 of them! This will allow for air flow to prevent mold. It doesn’t have to be the same wood, you could use cheap plywood and cut it down to size if you’d like. Your other option is lifting your mattress ever week for a few hours or flipping the mattress weekly if it’s reversible. About Floor Beds : This woman doesn’t follow typical Montessori with putting kids straight into floor beds, but she is great at explaining the benefits. WHAT I PACKED MY VEGAN FAMILY FOR VACATION! | Vacation Meal Prep Arianna. 2019-07-09 | My family and I headed off on a 4 day vacation to my husband's grandparents house. They are not vegan so we packed our own food to eat! They provided us with lots of fruit and some veggies which was awesome. In this video I show you guys our vacation vegan meal prep. Tempeh - Any tempeh of your choice (we usually eat Lightlife Three Grain). Add some avocado oil. Then season generously with nutritional yeast. Add garlic powder and pepper to taste. Then finish it off with some sea salt. Thoroughly mix to evenly coat! Throw in the air fryer until crispy and serve warm or cold.
