For PEUGEOT, quality goes far beyond product compliance. It is about ensuring durability, reliability and customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle’s entire lifespan. Every day, 6,500 employees contribute to the production of more than 1,050 vehicles, all working towards a shared objective: delivering cars that are built to last.
QUALITY CONTROL TOWER
At the Sochaux Plant, a quality monitoring system known as the Quality Control Tower centralises customer feedback and relays it directly to the relevant stages of the assembly process. When an issue is identified, the goal is clear: understand it, correct it and prevent it from happening again.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Through rigorous inspections at every stage of production, detailed analysis of customer feedback and a culture of continuous improvement, PEUGEOT teams quickly identify opportunities for progress and implement practical solutions to enhance vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
