Formed in 1981, Pett Frog was one of South Africa’s first true “alternative” bands. Line-up:

1. Andy Craggs – guitar
2. John Leyden – bass
3. Johno Lloyd – drums
4. Betron Mouton – sax
5. Pett Frog (Brian Little) – lead vocals

During 1981 they were the house band at Club Metalbeat over weekends, and in May of that year recorded the EP “Mzeza” with Gallo, but it was never released.

John Leyden went on to become one of the founding members of the iconic South African group “Mango Groove”.

This song is from the EP “The Rest”, released in 1982.
