Seven Malaysian students had the rare opportunity to intern with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley, learning first-hand how engineering, planning and operations come together at the highest level of motorsport.

The experience gave them more than technical know-how. It built confidence, new perspectives, and inspiration to take their next steps on the global stage.

Supported through the Powering Knowledge Education Sponsorship programme and our partnership with Mercedes-AMG, these students return home with skills and stories that will last a lifetime.
