Prostate cancer is not something you eliminate and walk away from. It is something you suppress and keep suppressed for the long term.

That distinction changes everything about how you evaluate evidence. Lab results from cell cultures are a starting point. Xenograft studies, where human prostate cancer is applied to animal subjects and then treated, get closer. Case reports from documented patients add another layer.

The standard I hold repurposed therapies to is the same one I hold conventional treatments to, which is real evidence, not just a promising result in a petri dish. The difference is I am honest about where the evidence stands.

Understand exactly how these therapies are vetted before they reach a patient by tuning in to this episode of Intellectual Medicine.
