Thrash N Trash Productions | Peterbilt 320 Labrie Cool Hand Garbage Truck @TrashMonkey22 | Uploaded September 2014 | Updated October 2024, 1 week ago.
I got off work early on Monday, so I decided to go out do a bit of filming. As chance would have it, I was lucky enough to be able to film the newest addition to Kennewick's fleet, a Labrie Cool Hand automated side loader on a Peterbilt 320 chassis. This truck is basically the last resort spare, so it was most definitely a lucky find indeed! As you can see, the Cool Hand arm is not the most practical design. It requires the truck to be several feet away from the containers in order for the arm to be able to fold down and grab. This often causes something of a traffic obstruction, more so than most other garbage trucks. Also, as can be very obviously seen, this truck is not painted in the standard Waste Management green color scheme. This truck originally came from a company located in Milwaukie, OR called Oak Grove Disposal Co. which was acquired by Waste Management in August of 2013. Anyways, I can't guarantee that I'll ever have the opportunity to film this truck again, so I was sure to obtain as much footage as I could, so there will be more of this truck to be seen at a later date.
Of course, a huge thank you goes out to the driver of this truck for allowing me to film this unusual truck. And of course I'd like to thank all of you for watching, too! I hope you enjoy this video!
