In this video, I take a look at The Peter Sellers Collection, a fantastic eight-film Blu-ray box set from StudioCanal's Vintage Classics range celebrating one of Britain's greatest comedy performers.
Long before Inspector Clouseau became his defining character, Sellers was already building an incredible body of work in British cinema, moving effortlessly between black comedy, satire, farce and crime.
This collection takes us from 1955's The Ladykillers through to Heavens Above! in 1963 and gives us eight very different examples of what made Peter Sellers such a unique performer.
Some of these films are comedy classics. Others may be discoveries.
But the thing connecting all eight is Peter Sellers.
