Recently I've been doing some semi-realism stuff and thought I could set aside some time to do a speedpaint of one!
I'm not too proud of it since I feel the pose is stiff and the flower wing could have been better but overall I feel its alright (still need to work on that rabbit face anatomy)
This was also a bit of a learning experience on learning Clip studio paint because I recently switched from medibang to that

*Meaning and Idea of this picture:
-Since this was more for learning rather than making something meaningful, there wasn't too much thought put into it but there is a few.
-It's pretty much Ruby smiling to someone (when the others characters are relieved, its up to interpretation on who it is) saying a happy, yet somber farewell with her wings free and outstretched (yes, her wings are actual flowers. She can't fly though.) The flowers used in the wings were the red spider lily (represents death) and purple hyacinth (represents forgiveness.) If you also listen to what is said in the songs played then it also fits in with whats going on.
*Time taken:
-About 5 hours, a small break was taken inbetween the drawing secession. You can see the real time pass in the bottom right
*Character:
-Ruby (the main character of my upcoming animatic series No Pulse. Check my "About" section on some updates of No Pulse since I'll be updating it as I get things done)
*Used:
-Clip studio paint PRO (drawing)
-OBS (recording)
-Hitfilm Express (editing)
