"LaLCS" stands for "Live and Live Combined Stereo", which means that the left and the right sides of the video come from two different LIVE performances.
In this case you can enjoy "It's A Sin" from the Pet Shop Boys. On the right side you can see the TOTP performance from 1987 (edited), while on the left side a concert version from 1989 (Wembley, tempo adjusted).
