In a small town, an alien scout arrives with a mission to judge humanity and determine if the planet is worth saving. The alien takes the form of a beautiful woman to observe human behavior up close, but soon finds itself caught in the middle of a local election. As the townspeople's true natures come to light, the "people's choice" takes on a terrifyingly literal meaning.
