I've never felt less excited about an upload than I do right this moment. This is such a niche fandom, I don't really see the point in sharing this edit no one is gonna bother with.
Truly did this with no one in mind but myself, fuck content approachability.
I did try to imagine what a Brad/Nate edit with no context might look like (to have it be more accessible) but I just couldn't make it work, not even in my head. I mean, the weight of all their interactions would be completely lost.
So here.
Have four minutes of context, including coded radio comms - sexy; humvees rolling through vast stretches of desert - gritty cinematography, thumps up; two simple men trying to unfuck command, yadda yadda.
Just so you could get to the main course, which consists of: staring contests, concise and terse words that mean something else entirely, sardonic humour, palpable tension, some more angsty staring. All of it set to the sweet notes of the death of idealism.
