So there was a lot of unnecessary dialogue in Mementos which I decided not to sub, in order to bring you this episode as fast as possible.
Here's a quick rundown:
They notice there's lots of cables running through mementos, Morgana shows Kasumi his bus ability, she isn't too impressed, she says "I sort of already imagined that cats could turn into busses"
The cables run all the way to where the grail was and Morgana says that's the central nerve of Mementos and it's spreading into the cognition of the public.
They go to a control room and Futaba temporarily stops feedback coming from the palace so they can get through that door.
They also find out that Maruki grants each person's wishes individually sort of like how he made Violet's persona go berserk
We also meet Jose who says he doesn't like the flavor of the flowers in the new mementos.
That's basically it.
