There's dialogue that happens if you lose to him, but all he says is just "You dissapoint me" then he texts you "if you're up for it then meet me in Shibuya to get your revenge"

Honestly I think the fight with Yosuke in his social link felt more impactful but that's just me.
Probably cause it didn't rely on the battle system.
