Note: A fan favorite, and overall good Persona. Black Frost is known for having a wide variety of useful skills, as well as lacking any sort of weakness, making him a strong Persona all around with little drawbacks. Unfortunately, if you're going with a Curse build in P5, you'll find there aren't any Severe damaging Curse skills, so Heavy will have to do. It still packs a hell of a punch with Max Magic and Boost/Amp/M.Ability
