This is the optional boss in Kanji´s Dungeon, this guy will try to exploit Yukiko or Kanji´s weakness, like always all-out attacks are useless against bosses, is better if you use the 25% extra damage by attacking a down enemy, he is weak to elec so you can down him every turn.
