Femc Shrine Festival Yukata, Texture by ESA and Compiled by Ray Copper. Based of the Persona 3 Drama CD.

This is available in Tartarus but if you want it to appear in the overworld you need to use an override costume/outfit like costume framework so her summer casual was replaced with the Yukata outfit.
These costumes weren't designed for Tartarus so expect butterfly looking bugs.

Costume Framework supports overriding any outfit even outside of taratarus and here's one of the results that's possible.
