This is what Persimmon Island looked like after clearing out all the non-native invasives (multi-flora rose, Autumn Olive, winter creeper, Japanese honeysuckle, etc.). We will let plants grow back during the summer so we can determine what still needs to be eradicated.
Hoping to plant native plants in this area in the fall of 2023.
