The photograph analyzed here was taken by the Perseverance Rover on 8 September 2023 (Sol 907) at the local mean solar time of 12:44:36.
Here I feature an out-of-place anomaly that resembles an ash-tray. It's probably natural, however the shape is very unusual. I speculate the object measures approximately 30cm in diameter.
As always, until we get to see these anomalies up close and personal, I can only speculate as to what these objects might be.
