Some new Vaal Skill tech has been enabled in Path of Exile 3.27 due to the addition of the new Bloodline Classes which allows you to keep a Vaal Haste buff up on yourself permanently while mapping, due to the combination of the new Priest of Yaomac notable and an old Unique Ring: Triumvirate Authority.
