Performing Arts 2021-2022 Season

The Society is excited to announce a return to live, in-person performance with programs in theater, dance, music and more. This Fall 2021, we spotlight local women theater makers with deep ties to the culture of Japan. In Spring 2022, we welcome back international artists from Japan and East Asia, and present a set of programs highlighting indigenous art forms from Japan’s northernmost and southernmost prefectures, Hokkaido and Okinawa.
