Each Special Assignment unlock requirements:
"Mr. Blonde's Revenge" - complete all normal missions on AGENT or higher
"Maian SOS" - complete all normal missions on SPECIAL AGENT or higher
"WAR!" - complete all normal missions on PERFECT AGENT
"The Duel" - achieve bronze with all 32 weapons at the weapons range.
