Neither knows that those two things are tied together for one pompom on a stick, so they both think they are the only ones who are right. Quite often, our perceptions of things are limited to a small amount of information, and that information may not tell the whole story, so remember to keep in mind that everything you think you know about something may not be everything there is to know.
