Craig Morris (@PPchef) is an advisor at Germany’s Agentur für erneuerbare Energien (AEE). From 2016-2018, he was a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies in Potsdam, Germany, where he investigated the flexibility of nuclear reactors in combination with wind and solar power. He is the co-author of Energy Democracy, a history of Germany’s Energiewende (energy transition) as a grassroots movement (Palgrave 2016). He served as technical editor for the 2014 and 2016 editions of International Renewable Energy Agency’s REmap and of the 2015 edition of Greenpeace’s Energy (R)evolution. In 2008, he cofounded Berlin’s PV Magazine; in 2010, Renewables International. In 2012, he became lead author of the Böll Foundation’s EnergyTransition.com.
